OPERATOR FOR INTERIOR SLIDING DOORS

MEDVA has been manufacturing door operators for more than 20 years, and now launches a revolutionary new automation system for interior sliding doors based on Brushless technology.

The novelty of the MAG-NET operator is to adapt the Brushless linear motor technology to the world of indoor pedestrian sliding door automation. Normally, motors transfer a circular or rotary movement into a linear one, through a series of mechanisms – with their corresponding deficits in energy loss, wear and friction noises (belts, pulleys, counter pulleys, fastening cables, gearboxes…etc.). In the case of the MAG-NET operator, the linear movement is direct. The motor directly transfers the traction of the trolley through permanent magnets (rotor) and coils (stator), achieving practically zero energy loss.

Adapting this type of technology to automate interior pedestrian sliding doors introduces the following benefits a series of benefits and improvements, both in safety and comfort. Features to be had The following is taken into account when it is a movable element that gives way to people.

MULTIPLE BENEFITS OF MAG-NET

• Easy installation and start-up.
• Durability, reliability and no maintenance costs.
• Wall or recessed installation.
• Very small operator dimensions (59.5 x 74.5 mm).
• Adaptable to the aesthetics of any interior space.
• No mechanical transmissions.
• Operable from different technological accessories (radar, transmitter, proximity sensor, etc.).
• No noise due to friction or rubbing.
• Energy efficiency.
• The accessories provide comfort and privacy to the user.
