2. Purpose

The app provides technical documentation, manuals, diagrams, videos, and other professional information about MEDVA products.

3. Authorized Users

Exclusively installers, distributors, manufacturers, technical service providers, and other professionals authorized by MEDVA.

4. Registration

Access requires registration and approval by MEDVA. Registration does not guarantee access.

5. Permitted Use

The application may only be used for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of MEDVA products.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All documentation and content are the property of MEDVA or their respective owners. Users may not copy, distribute, publish, modify, resell, share with third parties, or use the documentation to develop competing products. Technical information with restricted access is confidential.

7. Updating the documentation

MEDVA may modify the technical documentation without prior notice. Users must always use the latest available version.

8. Limitation of Liability

This documentation is intended for qualified professionals. MEDVA is not liable for any damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, noncompliance with regulations, or improper use.

9. Availability

MEDVA may temporarily suspend the app for maintenance, security, or improvements.

10. Data Protection

11. Account Suspension

MEDVA may suspend or cancel accounts for failure to comply with these terms and conditions, fraudulent use, sharing of credentials, or termination of the business relationship when such actions affect authorized access.

12. Legislation and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rubí (Barcelona).
