Manage access to the professional application, authenticate users, provide technical documentation, offer support, improve service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

– Performance of the contractual relationship.
– Consent, where applicable.

5. Professional Access

Registration does not imply automatic access. MEDVA may verify professional identity and approve, restrict, suspend, or deny access when there are technical, commercial, or security reasons to do so.

6. Recipients

The data may be processed by technology providers (such as Supabase, Apple, Google, or Resend) solely for the purpose of providing the service, acting as data processors when applicable.

7. International Transfers

If any supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, MEDVA will require the safeguards provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

8. Conservation

The data will be retained for as long as the account remains active and thereafter for the periods required by law.

9. Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

10. Deleting the Account

Users may request the deletion of their account through the app or by email. The account will be deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

11. Intellectual Property

All technical documentation, manuals, diagrams, photographs, videos, drawings, technical data sheets, and other content are the property of MEDVA or its licensors. They are authorized solely for professional use related to MEDVA products. Their reproduction, distribution, transfer, or use without written authorization is prohibited.

12. Safety

MEDVA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

13. Updates
