BAC System and Windshield

What does a BAC and Antivenom system provide in hydraulic motors?

This BAC and Antiviento system was incorporated in our hydraulic motors to give the greatest possible versatility. Our technical department studied the different needs required by our clients, as this web design agency does. It was then when he got down to work.

BAC system,

The BAC system was integrated in all our ranges of hydraulic motors, both hinged and tilting, being a universal system that allows to select the operation individually in each maneuver (reversible, blocked or semi-blocked). This allows us to decide in the installation itself how we want the motor to act with a simple setting of the valves incorporated in the distributor.

The regulating valves are identified with two clear and differentiating colors:

• Red Valve: Acts on the door opening maneuver.
• Blue Valve: Acts on the closing maneuver of the door.

In order to get the maximum performance and benefits from this system, one of the key parts of our engines, the distributor, must be known in depth.

The main valve sizes of the BAC system are:

• Red open – Blue closed: Locking opening and reversible closing.
• Red closed – Blue open: Reversible on opening and locking on closing.
• Red closed – Blue closed: Locking in opening and closing.
• Red open – Blue open: Reversible in opening and closing.

ANTIVAT

It is very important to take into account that the partial opening of these valves is also used as an anti-wind system, being able to adjust the hardness of the door with the motor at rest.
