Solar Panel Kit

A safe and sustainable way to “move” your automatic door

Have you ever encountered difficulties when it comes to powering a gate operator? In many occasions the entrance gates to the property are very far away from the power supply points, there are even properties, such as fields or plots, that do not have such supply. This is an additional difficulty when it comes to automate the entrance door to your property. Either because you have to make a costly electrical installation to bring a power point to the door, which is often many meters away, or because there are many properties that do not have their own supply and you have to hire it to automate the door.

Our SOLAR PANEL KIT is a stand-alone solar energy system that converts solar energy into electricity through a photovoltaic plate. The regulator provides a 12/24V power supply to the motor and the battery charging board. It is a stand-alone system that supplies electricity to the operator in a clean and safe way. This product is suitable for sites where there is no electrical installation nearby, or for environmentally conscious people who wish to reduce the electrical consumption of the grid, produced by large electrical utilities.

Our SOLAR PANEL KIT includes everything necessary for the installation of the equipment, compatible with our entire “MEDVA with POWERTECH” range:

• Photovoltaic panel measuring 535x350x25mm – 25W / 36V. Includes brackets with tilt adjustment.
• Regulator with rated load current of 20A at 12/24V.
• Two batteries of 12V and 15Ah each.
• Metal cabinet with electronic board, transformer, cables for connection, cable glands and on/off switch.
