New hydraulic damper for speed control on sliding doors with unevenness. ➡ With this new design we reach up to 30Nm
➡ Torque control by valve for easy speed adjustment. ➡ Effective damping only in one direction of rotation, leaving the opposite direction totally free (configurable in the installation itself). ➡ Available with output pinion module 4, 5 and 6. ➡ Manufactured with corrosion resistant materials for outdoor use. This new damper is capable of safely braking a 400Kg sliding door with an inclination level of up to 13.9º. 📝 Formula we use for the calculation of our damper:
M [Nm] = P x sinß x 0.032
P = weight of the door in Newtons (9.8N=1Kg)
ß = inclination in degrees
P = 9.8 x 400kg = 3920 Newton
M = 3920Newton x sin 13.9 x 0.032 = 30 Nm
