The CONTROLGIR-12 MODULAR is a rotary brake designed to regulate and maintain a constant speed in cable or chain drive systems, especially on fire doors. This device prevents the doors from accelerating, ensuring a controlled and safe movement.

Ideal for installations requiring regulatory compliance, precise motion control and flexibility to adapt to different configurations.

Main characteristics:

• Constant speed: Controls the adjustable torque to suit the needs of the installation.
• Directional movement: Offers resistance in only one direction of rotation, remaining free in the opposite direction. The factory braking direction is counterclockwise and can be easily reversed.
• Modular and versatile design: Allows different combinations depending on the application, ensuring an optimal fit for each system and specific need.
• Weather resistance: Manufactured with anti-corrosion materials for outdoor use.
